God invites each of us on a journey of faith in Jesus just as Jesus invited his disciples on their own journey of discovery and discipleship. God invited Peter, John, Mary Magdalene, Aquilla and Priscilla, Stephen and Paul--each on their own individual journey. Each journey was very different.

Each journey of faith involves: complexity, mystery, uncertainty, doubt, faith, obedience, surrender, surprise, sin, brokenness and celebration. Everyone gets to have their own journey. God allows each of us our own journey and we must allow each other our own personal journey of faith. 

Wherever you are on your journey is where you are. The question is what is the next step forward for you in following Jesus?
