Reframing our lives with God’s Word and keeping God’s perspective is a constant battle in the life of a Christ-follower.
AS JESUS COACHED HIS FOLLOWERS...
...he was constantly reframing their views and perspectives of life. He called them to live in His kingdom. He spoke in pictures...
"Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth..."
"Enter through the narrow gate..."
"Do not worry...look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns..."
"Love your enemy and pray for those who persecute you..."
GOD’S WORD NEEDS TO CONSTANTLY REFRAME OUR...
...thoughts and our lives and is a critical part of following Jesus. This is one reason God’s Word is so critical to our lives. Without this constant reframing of our lives with God’s truth, we begin to think and behave like those without Christ. We lose our way and the joy and purpose within which we are to live.
EACH SUNDAY WHEN PEOPLE COME TO OUR WORSHIP SERVICES...
...we are hoping to help them reframe a part of their life in order to experience God’s joy and purpose more fully.
